Refund/Return Policy

REFUNDS/RETURNS POLICY:
Please contact our Customer Service Dept. with issues regarding refunds or returns.
We will provide you with options and assist you any way we can.

If you have received a product in damaged condition, we will send a replacement or refund at our discretion. SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Please notify us within 3 days of receipt of your damaged item for a Return Authorization Number. We will NOT accept unauthorized returns. Items must be returned in their original box. Any damage that occurred AFTER the item as been used is NOT returnable to us. Refer to any manufacturer's warranties for their return policies.

If you are simply not satisfied with your purchase and wish to return the item for a refund, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. A Return Authorization Number must be issued by our return department before any returns will be accepted. Please be aware that non-defective merchandise refunds will be the sum of the original price paid, less all shipping and handing fees and a 30% restocking fee. We are not responsible for the cost of return shipment. All refunds will be issued by the same means of payment (i.e. We DO NOT issue the refund in the form of a check if the original payment was made with PayPal). Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance: 1. Merchandise must be in its original packaging. 2. Merchandise and packaging must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced upon receipt by Bayberry Lane Catalog.

EXCHANGE: All items are inspected for damage prior to shipment. If any damage occurs, please notify us within 3 days of receiving the damaged item. You must provide photographs of your damaged item in order to file a claim. Please allow two weeks for damaged item claims to be processed. Any claim filed after 3 days of receipt of item will be REFUSED.
